		Step 1: Randle worked out the basic design: angular shapes and a series of triangles with the figure sitting atop a sandstone formation. Step 2: After deciding the painting would be warm with a few cold accents, he laid in the large areas with earth tones, umbers and siennas. Step 3: He then completely repainted the figure and altered the the shrubs, rock formations, and valley floor. Next, he added the final details.
